The headquarters of a corporate Chinese company, Kingford Link’s design can be described as an east meets west contemporary and minimal interior space. Our design team drew inspiration from traditional Chinese and contemporary Western designs to create a modern and practical working environment. The circular door handle of the boardroom echos that of a traditional Chinese entrance as well as symbolizes good fortune. Aligning with Feng Shui, our design is based on an open plan office with peripheral private offices. White marble was used in the reception foyer to create a luxurious and bright environment to receive guests. An open pantry with slotted wood partition allows employees to take breaks within a semi private area that encourages a more positive working environment and open communication. The monocromatic colours and warm material palette create a bright and cozy ambience to balance the interior comfort level establishing a more efficient working environment.
